What is included in your carpet cleaning price?
Each residential property-size price includes the carpeted bedrooms, one lounge or living area and the property’s standard hallways. Pre-spray treatment, hot water extraction and aftercare advice are included. Additional areas and optional extras are quoted separately.
What carpet cleaning method do you use?
We use hot water extraction, often called steam cleaning. A pre-spray treatment helps loosen dirt before extraction rinses the carpet and removes dirt and moisture.
How long will my carpets take to dry?
Carpets typically take around 6–8 hours to dry, depending on airflow, weather and carpet thickness. We’ll provide drying advice after cleaning. Carpet dryer hire may also be available.
Can I book only selected rooms or extra carpeted areas?
Yes. Select “Selected Rooms / Areas Only” in the quote form and tell us what you need cleaned. You can also request extra living areas, hallways, an office or stairs.
Do you clean carpets in commercial premises?
Yes. We provide carpet cleaning for offices, shops and other commercial premises. Select “Commercial Property” in the form and share the approximate carpeted area and your preferred cleaning time.
Can I combine carpet cleaning with other services?
Yes. You can request carpet cleaning alongside house cleaning, end-of-tenancy and moving cleaning, or upholstery cleaning. Tell us what you need so we can prepare a combined quote.
Where is carpet cleaning currently available?
We currently serve Flat Bush, Ormiston, Botany Downs, Howick, Pakuranga and East Tāmaki, with selected bookings across surrounding East Auckland suburbs. Enter your suburb when requesting a quote so we can confirm availability.
How do I pay for my carpet cleaning?
Payment can be made after the service is completed, where applicable, by EFTPOS, bank transfer or cash. Afterpay is also available, subject to approval and its terms. We’ll confirm payment details when arranging your booking.
