How much does regular house cleaning cost?
Prices depend on your home’s size and whether you choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleaning. The table above shows prices per visit, including GST. We’ll confirm your price before you book.
How often can I book regular house cleaning?
You can choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly cleaning based on your household, schedule and preferred level of upkeep.
What is included in a regular house clean?
Regular cleaning covers the selected bedrooms and bathrooms, kitchen and dining areas, living areas, hallways and laundry. We follow the agreed cleaning scope at every visit.
Will my first regular cleaning visit take longer?
We’ll discuss your home and cleaning priorities when preparing your quote. If your first visit would benefit from extra attention, we’ll explain the options and price before you book.
Are your cleaners trained, and what hygiene standards do they follow?
Every service is completed by our trained in-house cleaners—not subcontractors. We use colour-coded cleaning cloths to help reduce cross-contamination: green for kitchens, red for bathrooms and blue for bedrooms and general living areas.
Can I add one-off services to my first visit?
Yes. Depending on availability, you can request oven cleaning, cabinet interiors, window cleaning, carpet cleaning or upholstery cleaning with your first visit.
Do I need to be home during cleaning?
You’re welcome to be home, or we can arrange access while you’re out. We’ll agree on entry and locking-up arrangements with you before your first visit.
How do I pay for regular house cleaning?
Payment is usually made after your clean. We accept EFTPOS, bank transfer and cash, with Afterpay also available. We’ll confirm payment arrangements when booking.
Regular House cleaning is currently available in Flat Bush, Ormiston, Botany Downs, Howick, Pakuranga and East Tāmaki, with selected bookings available across surrounding East Auckland suburbs.
